  • Responsible for entering all request demands on the FBM framework and handling of solicitations
  • Guarantees that the Headcount and Starters and Leavers books are modern.
  • Plays out all undertakings as might be doled out by the Overseer of HR.
  • Meeting partners’ prerequisites and requirements in term of pay authentications, letters, leave leeway structures, and end of administration testaments and so forth.
  • Arrangement of no protest letters for workers that are to be delivered by the lodging.
  • Coordinate different award programs. Arranges and circles back to Acknowledgment Projects.
  • Responds to general representative inquiries concerning HR cycles and methods.
  • Guarantees organization part of the HR Division is completed in an ideal and productive manner, as per UAE regulations, InterContinental Lodgings Gathering and inn strategies and techniques.
  • Gets ready drafts, reminders and representative structures to be endorsed by the Overseer of HR.
  • Processes reports and information sources information using HR and Finance frameworks.

  • Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification.
  • 2-3 years of prior experience in in a five star environment in the same role.
  • Strong knowledge of local businesses and business trends required. Must speak English. Other languages preferred
