JOB DESCRIPTION
- Gets and processes tickets appointments for leave; facilitates with workers, raising of LPO and booking of air tickets for all representatives going on work excursion, yearly leaves, crisis leaves and tickets for leavers and so on.
- Responsible for entering all request demands on the FBM framework and handling of solicitations
- Guarantees that the Headcount and Starters and Leavers books are modern.
- Plays out all undertakings as might be doled out by the Overseer of HR.
- Meeting partners’ prerequisites and requirements in term of pay authentications, letters, leave leeway structures, and end of administration testaments and so forth.
- Arrangement of no protest letters for workers that are to be delivered by the lodging.
- Coordinate different award programs. Arranges and circles back to Acknowledgment Projects.
- Responds to general representative inquiries concerning HR cycles and methods.
- Guarantees organization part of the HR Division is completed in an ideal and productive manner, as per UAE regulations, InterContinental Lodgings Gathering and inn strategies and techniques.
- Gets ready drafts, reminders and representative structures to be endorsed by the Overseer of HR.
- Processes reports and information sources information using HR and Finance frameworks.
- Readiness of the representative agreements on time.
- Gets ready and submits reports occasionally as mentioned by the Overseer of HR.
- Keeps up with the trust among HR and Money by circling back to Fund every one of the memoranda and guarantees the precision of the monetary and information base worries.

REQURIEMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification.
- 2-3 years of prior experience in in a five star environment in the same role.
- Strong knowledge of local businesses and business trends required. Must speak English. Other languages preferred
