JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Gets and processes tickets appointments for leave; facilitates with workers, raising of LPO and booking of air tickets for all representatives going on work excursion, yearly leaves, crisis leaves and tickets for leavers and so on.
  • Responsible for entering all request demands on the FBM framework and handling of solicitations
  • Guarantees that the Headcount and Starters and Leavers books are modern.

  • Meeting partners’ prerequisites and requirements in term of pay authentications, letters, leave leeway structures, and end of administration testaments and so forth.

REQURIEMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification.
  • 2-3 years of prior experience in in a five star environment in the same role.
  • Strong knowledge of local businesses and business trends required. Must speak English. Other languages preferred
