JOB DESCRIPTION

Manage all aspects of recruitment and onboarding for new employees while providing ongoing instruction on company policies including but not limited to appropriate behavior, dress code, and internet use permissions. Keep employee handbook up to date.
Oversee and make adjustments to employee benefits, health and retirement plans.
Monitor employee progress and ensure that the company culture remains positive and conducive to productivity. Provide guidance and direction to managers and employees to facilitate cross-functional relationships.
Conduct regular employee reviews and performance evaluations, addressing any concerns or complaints they may have, and promoting an open and supportive work environment.
Supervise and delegate tasks to other HR staff, ensuring that they are performing their duties accurately and efficiently.
Comply with all relevant employment regulations and maintain a professional and respectful tone in all communications.
