Being accountable for delivering an exceptional dining experience, warmly welcoming guests and providing five star customer service.
Demonstrating expertise in the menu by aptly describing light snacks, Signature cocktails, Champagne cocktails, and possessing fundamental knowledge of wine.
Ensuring that beverages like drinks, cocktails, and wine are presented to match outlet standards, and managing inventory levels by consistently restocking wines, as well as assisting the manager in maintaining tight control over bar stock during inventory.
Handling multiple food and beverage orders efficiently within a set timeline, while also upselling items and continually anticipating the needs of guests with assistance from both the kitchen and service team to ensure delightful service is provided.
Opportunities for gaining product knowledge and hospitality expertise through cross-training in various food and beverage outlets across the Hotel.
