JOB OPPORTUNITY: QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER POSITION IN THE UNITED ARAB EMIRATES.

Job Descriptions:–
- Ensure compliance with security and environmental regulations, policies, and guidelines while agreeing and guaranteeing consistency.
- Maintain open communication with staff members, external personnel, quality experts, and clients.
- Continuously improve both the product and process throughout the entire organization.
- Develop, disseminate, and implement quality-related policies and procedures.
- Handle customer complaints and claims. Manage and design the Quality Office.
- Handle off-site quality issues that may concern the organization. Provide internal and external audits of outsourced processors.
- Deliver monthly status reports. Manage and maintain the Non-Conformance Log.
- Assess the performance of welders, NDE experts, and reviewers to determine if their certification should be revoked.
- Review and support work orders. Provide an Administration Review Report as needed.
- Exercise direct authority over Quality Divisions and personnel. Exercise direct authority over the quality process.

Requirements:-
- Bachelor’s Degree from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 10 plus years’ related experience
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Certifications & Licenses needed are AWS, CWI, ASNT NDT Level III
