HR OPERATIONS COORDINATOR JOB:- HR Operations Coordinator Job in Dubai UAE

JOB DESCRIPTION
Manage the onboarding and offboarding process, including preparing new hire paperwork and coordinating orientation sessions
Coordinate employee benefits administration, including enrolment and changes to employee benefits plans
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits
Assist with employee training and development programs, including scheduling and logistics
Management on monthly payroll inputs for small group of employees including coordination on employee enquiries, reconciliation etc.
Support the HR team with ad-hoc projects as needed
Process HR related invoices and expenses
Management of HR contractors and all related activities in the end-to-end operations
Co-ordination of culture related events
Manage sensitive HR data reporting and dashboard creation. Preferable for the candidate to ideally should have some degree of fluency in using Office 365 and Power BI
Provide administrative support to Regional P&O Head

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and related technology
